Cosplay

So I know this is an anime convention but does anyone ever dress up as anything else. Superheroes, star trek, star wars, zombies, etc? Just curious because I'm going with a friend but I'm not really into anime

You'll find all sorts of cosplays at AM. Marvel, DC, Cartoon network shows, TV shows like GoT/Walking Dead, and yes Star Wars too. I expect quite a few Kylo's this year.

Yep! I'm going as a character from a cartoon all weekend! At the anime con I usually go to, there's always a ton of Homestucks, some superheroes, people from cartoons like Adventure Time, and definitely from video games. If you're cosplaying from something other than anime, you definitely shouldn't feel left out. I believe there will be a lot of Steven Universe cosplayers this year, as a voice actor from the show will be there.
