Osomatsu 2016

Osomatsu-san has finished airing and I was wondering if anyone is interested with an Osomatsu meetup. More details will be added once the convention date is near. I was hoping that we could meetup on Friday or Saturday. I am always open to suggestions.

@ravenski, I haven't yet. This is my first time going to Anime Midwest so I don't know where all submissions should go. I don't mind some extra help! @pikushi That's awesome! The more the merrier. Hmm, it looks like I'll stick to Todomatsu again since there were hardly any Totty's at the ACen meetup.

@fieryfayte I'm not in this fandom but I lurk around on the forums a lot, and if you submit a meetup you'll probably have better luck submitting an unofficial meetup. I tried submitting an official one and didn't get much response, and they don't seem to have anything set up really for meetup submissions, but for an official meetup you can either go check the contact page and email them from there, or you can submit an unofficial event for it at http://amunofficialevents.webs.com . (However, I don't think this is run by any official AMW staff, so idk) Of course I'd suggest trying to get an official one submitted first but whatever works I guess. Hope that helped!

i'll be going as f6 idol ichimatsu and regular ichimatsu! i just emailed molly to ask for an official meetup time, and if that doesn't work i can submit for an unofficial event on the website (if you haven't already, or you can submit if you prefer to do it yourself). i'm excited to meet more osomatsu san fans!

@animes0ul and @kath8fish Thank you for the helpful replies. I haven't gotten a chance to fill out the form, but I will now. I do appreciate the help. I thought the forums was dead. If anyone wants to help me run the meetup, please let me know.

molly hasn't responded yet and we're probably not going to get an official timeslot, so we should probably submit for an unofficial event i'm willing to help run the meetup, although this will be my first time at a relatively large anime con so i don't really know what to expect haha but i'll try my best!

molly did not email me back but i checked the schedule and it appears we now have an official meetup on sunday, 1-2 pm. i don't know if that means there is already someone in charge of it?? (not sure how the official meetups work since its my first time at amw)
