Haikyuu Cosplay Group

So i think the meetup should happen Friday in the afternoon maybe around the timeslot 1 to 3 which time should it start from that? I know the lines for getting the badges are gonna be long so i don't want it to happen too early. And where are the loading docks exactly? I kinda forgot where everything is located since last con. I'm still relatively new to conventions ^-^

The loading docks are located directly across the street from the Hyatt hotel. They're basically just concrete areas, great for photoshoots and stuff.

I'll be cosplaying akaashi or kuroo, I haven't decided yet!l! I think friday is also a good day for the meet up. 2-3 seems nice.

ohh!! im gonna be Hinata and my friend will be my Kags!! Unfortunately though I don't think I'd be able to do friday afternoon b/c I'm also doing a vocaloid cosplay and the vocaloid meetup is 3-4 ;;n;; I def wouldn't have enough time to change between shoots,,

Guys, unfortunately i have terrible terrible news! I can no longer go to the co because...apparently i'm broke. Like not even a penny to my name broke. So unless someone wants to be in charge of the meetup instead then we're gonna have to cancel. I'm so so so so so sorry!I was really looking forward to this too.

I would offer to take over but I already have so much else going on this weekend that I dont think I could handle another meet up! Sorry! If we all still wanna hang out I guess we could meet up on Friday around 1 or 2? by the loading docks?

i saw a thing on tumblr about a different haikyuu meetup on sunday from 3:30 o 4:30! itll be hosted by someone else,, but i think that may work out!

How does anyone feel about hosting a meetup on Sunday at noon? I think a lot of people will probably be heading out of the con later in the day, and wouldn't be able to make the 3:30 time, so just a thought. Any takers?
