I'll be cosplaying Akaashi. Is there an unofficial HQ meetup place/time as of now?

ooh we should i have a volleyball but it's pink so idk if you guys would want one that looks like it's from the show. And by and unofficial HQ meetup do you mean this one? Cause in that case i haven't decided on a time and i know this was gonna happen on one of the con days but i don't know where the meetup should take place. I know however the meetup should happen either friday or saturday if everyone is cool with it, cause those are the days i know i'll be going to chicago for the con (i live outside the city) And i'm so sorry for the unorganized meetup i'm new to it!

We should have the meetup outside on one of the loading docks by the hotel. It's a lot of room and mess around on without bothering anyone. There IS already an official Haikyuu gathering/meetup at the con on Saturday.

Question: Are you sure you are not looking at last years schedule sgtcatnip? (: Meet-ups for this year should not be posted yet, until the schedule for 2016 is up. Ah not sure why I said Thursday in my first comment... anyways my friend and I will be cosplaying Yachi and Asahi on either Friday or Saturday. We should all figure out a day and time that would work for everyone (:

I'll hopefully be cosplaying Nishinoya if I can even come to Anime Midwest this year, but if I don't finish my cosplay is it alright if I just come to hang out with you guys?
